FAQ

FAQ

Types of Challenges

We categorize our challenges into three athlete types:

Hybrid: Hybrid events combine different approaches to training so you get a bit of everything – strength work, functional fitness, cardio, and endurance. This is commonly seen in CrossFit, Hyrox, and other functional fitness/hybrid fitness models

Endurance: These are cardiovascular endurance events that can range from running to multi-modal endurance events like triathlons

Strength: These events are used to test individuals ability to lift and move objects. This can range from the classic bench press, to olympic lifting movements like the Snatch, to even non-traditional strength movements like sandbag holds

Brand Challenges FAQ

All rewards from brand challenges are the sole responsibility of the brand to provide, please reach out to the respective brand if a reward or code is not working

We love working with new and innovative brands, for collaboration please contact us at brand@phx.fit

Leaderboard FAQ

Our leaderboard is built using propriety technology that allows PHX to have equitable ranking in both single event Challenges and multi-event Challenges.

To score highest on our leaderboard it is essential to complete all events within a challenge

We do not weigh single events higher than others and thus scoring first in one event does not guarantee winning a challenge

Is there Android Access?

At this time PHX is only available on iOS, stay tuned for updates on our Android release.
